The Dream San Diego Waterfront Venue: Harbor View Loft
When my clients ask me about San Diego wedding venues for this year and next, I can’t help but gush about the Harbor View Loft. Harbor docks
As sailboats glide in and out behind the jetty, the harbor waters resemble glass mirrors. Rows upon rows of boat masts create a mesmerizing illusion of an endless ocean as a backdrop. My newlywed clients practically glow in front of the water’s reflection – just look at Elizabeth and Sandeep’s gorgeous scenery behind their kiss!

On the other side of the docks is a breathtaking view of San Diego’s cityscape across cerulean waters. Day or night, my clients benefit from the light sea breeze and the sun’s sparkling reflection on the ocean. I had to include a couple of these two lovebirds’ shots, choosing one was too difficult.
Timeless oak tree
The massive oak tree next to the venue is not only picturesque, but symbolizes union, spiritual nourishment, and growth. It’s towering treetop and luscious greenery adds so much perspective and dramatic effect to my clients’ wedding photos. For some reason, almost all my clients just seem to become more comfortable and romantic near this tree, and the shots turn out beautifully every time.
