Customer feedback is essential for any growing business. When I set up my Wedding Wire newlywed review program, I knew going in that any feedback would improve my business. What I didn’t know was how great it would feel to really make a customer’s (big) day.
Stacy and Greg were recently married at a beautiful venue in the San Diego area. It was a gorgeous wedding next to the water; not a dry eye in the house for the happy couple. While the happiest day of their lives was perfect in every way, every bride and groom knows that for a day of complete happiness, there are months of preparation that go into the wedding. Luckily, these two had Ann from Ann’s Plans to help navigate their wedding details, making the process as smooth and fun as humanely possible. I was lucky enough to work with Ann and them in their preparation, where FaceTiming across the country, creating a peaceful environment, and keeping it fun aided in their best day ever.

“Brant is absolutely wonderful; if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! I was based on the east-coast while planning my wedding in San Diego and Brant did everything possible to accommodate my schedule – we FaceTimed before the wedding so that he could meet my husband and me and very quickly figured out our vibe and what we were hoping to get across in our photos. I loved his creativity and his positive attitude – sometimes people freeze up in front of a camera, but with Brant, my entire family and bridal party felt at ease and that came across in the wonderful photos that we ended up receiving. In addition, Brant went above and beyond his responsibilities – my guest book was a puzzle piece frame – Brant helped me decide on the type of frame, the size, and walked through what type of images would look best in that type of setting. All in all, I had a wonderful experience with him and would recommend Brant wholeheartedly.”
As a businessman, positive feedback gives me credibility to provide my services to more people. As a person, it makes me truly happy that I gave a beautiful couple such an impactful experience that they will get to savor for the rest of their lives. This newlywed review may be one of my favorite ones to date.
